Frequently asked questions
Do I need an account or an internet connection?
No. The game has no accounts, and normal gameplay works offline. Buying booster packs needs a connection to Google Play or the App Store.
Where is my progress saved?
Progress, scores, lives, settings and boosters are saved only on your device. There is no cloud save or sync between devices.
I reinstalled the game or changed phones and lost my progress. Can you restore it?
Usually not. Deleting the app or its data, reinstalling or moving to a new device can remove your progress and remaining boosters, including boosters you bought. Your device's own backup may or may not include game data. We do not keep a copy, so we cannot restore it from our side.
Can I restore boosters I bought?
Booster packs are consumable: once delivered, they become part of your local inventory and are not restorable purchases like a one-time unlock. If you were charged but the boosters did not arrive, email us with the date of purchase and the pack name, and we will look into it.
How do I ask for a refund?
Purchases are processed by Google Play or Apple, so refunds go through them:
- iPhone and iPad (App Store): sign in at reportaproblem.apple.com, choose "Request a refund" and select the purchase. Only Apple can issue App Store refunds. See Apple's refund instructions.
- Android (Google Play): follow Google Play's refund instructions. If it has been more than 48 hours since the purchase, Google asks you to contact the developer, so email us with the date of purchase and the pack name.
Refunds are decided under each store's refund policies and applicable consumer law. You can also email us about any problem with a purchase.
